Shopify Redirect CSV
Paste old → new URL pairs and download a Shopify-compatible redirect CSV. Accepts arrows, commas, or tabs as separators.
About this tool
The redirect CSV generator turns a list of old and new URL pairs into a file Shopify can import as URL redirects. Paste your pairs using arrows, commas, or tabs between them, and download a CSV with the Redirect from and Redirect to columns Shopify expects.
When you change a product handle, retire a page, or migrate to Shopify, the old URLs 404 and lose their search rankings. Bulk redirects send both visitors and search engines to the new address. Building the CSV here is faster than adding redirects one at a time in the admin.

Frequently asked questions
- Where do I import the redirect CSV in Shopify?
- Go to Online Store, then Navigation, then URL Redirects, and use the Import option. Shopify reads the Redirect from and Redirect to columns.
- Should redirect paths be relative or absolute?
- Shopify uses paths relative to your domain, like /old-product to /new-product. Leave off the https:// and the domain unless you are redirecting to an external site.
- Why bother with redirects instead of deleting a page?
- A 301 redirect passes most of the old URL's search ranking to the new one and keeps existing links working. Deleting a page without one loses that ranking and shows visitors a 404.
